Umm al kheir
Umm al-Kheir, like many other villages in the South Hebron Hills, is threatned by demolition and the expansion of nearby settlements. In the summer of 2015, children in Umm al-Kheir made Pinwheels for Peace to express their hopes for peace and the right to live on the land that their families own.
Rebuilding Alliance staff visited Umm al-Kheir in July of 2015 to do this meaningful exercise with the children and their families.
